The object of this work is the analysis, evaluation, and subsequent proposals to improve the operation of sport shooting club SSK Activ Sport. The theoretical part describes the theoretical background related to the issue, the practical part is focused on the analysis of the current state of the club, its competitors and the revenues resulting suggestions for improvement in both service and marketing club.
Revenues of the Organising Committees of the Summer Olympic Games

Title: Revenues of the Organising Committees of the Summer Olympic Games Objectives: The main objective of this work is an analysis of the main revenues of the particular Organising Committees of the Summer Olympic Games. The ticketing is primarily analyses in this work. The second objective is to adjust and calculate a mechanism for transfer of currency. Values in national currencies are converted to CZK 2010, these values reflect the true value of what would have been payable in 2010 if the Olympics Games were held in the Czech Republic. Methods: The work uses methods of secondary analysis of documents for the data collection. The basic aggregate consist of the Summer Olympic games held 1896-2008, the estimates from London (2012) and Prague (2016,2020) are add to comparison. Variables are: revenues of the OVOH, revenues from television rights, revenues from a sponsorship, revenues from the TOP, revenues from ticketing, the average price of the sold ticket, the most expensive and the cheapest tickets at the Opening ceremony and number of the total sold tickets. The convert mechanism is used for convert and calculated with the exchange rates, the purchasing power parities and the consumer price index. Marketing research of value of the brand Puma

My thesis introduces a problem of value identification concerning the brand Puma in the Czech Republic. The main objective of this thesis is to find out how is Puma perceived by the Czech population as well as how satisfied and familiar is the Czech population with its products. The theoretical part of the thesis will deal with obtaining information and defining terms in field of marketing research, brand value and propagation. The practical part will include data collection and its processing, which will enable this research to present concrete results. Title: Organisation of international competition in synchronized swimming Christmas Prize 2012 Objective: The main aim of my bachelor's work is to analyse the event organisation, to find its flaws and to propose how to improve it. The partial goal is to present synchronised swimming to public. Methods: As the methods of my research I used descriptive analysis, questionnaires, informal interview. Results: The research has showed that as far as organisation, technology and performace were concerned, the event was very high quality. The greatest weakness was proven to be the pool, which did not have the required capacity. Secondly, the matter of finance could have been more improved. Marketing concept for 1.ČLTK Prague

Title: Marketing concept for I. ČLTK Prague Objectives: The main objective of this work is to create a marketing concept for I. ČLTK Prague, which identifies current and future state of the organization, the organization's objectives and strategies to achieve them, defines marketing mix and determines how to implement and control set strategies. Methods: In my work I used a combination of qualitative and quantitative research. To define initial situation, I used the descriptive research, specifically the technique of observation. For further information on the situation I interviewed managers of the organization. For the evaluation of external factors I applied the STEP analysis. Quantitative research was represented by marketing research in the form of electronic and written questioning. For the formulation of strengths and weaknesses of the club, opportunities and threats I used the SWOT analysis, which I used also for competitors. Institutions for Leisure Time Spending of the Youth up to 18 years of age

This bachelor thesis focuses on the youth component of the particular sports club DHC Slavia Praha, and its management of funds and youth development. The theoretical part deals with the explanation of general concepts of legal norms in sports associations, sports advertising and sponsorship. The practical part continues to deal with the specific sports federation DHC Slavia Praha. It goes into detail about its financial division of particular items, and support for better work with their youth development program. The result of the thesis consists of suggestions and recommendations of the club as it should improve the way it is run and further expand its youth program.
